What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards and e-check payments through PayPal.  Upon checkout, you will be directed to PayPal.com to confirm your payment.  You may either sign in using your existing PayPal account or simply pay with your credit card on PayPal's secure site.  No need to have a PayPal account!  The credit card that you specify for your purchase will be charged when the order is taken and approved.  We never see your credit card information.   Paying with PayPal is one of the safest ways to pay online.  If you have any questions don't hesitate to contact us. 

Do you accept email or phone orders?

E-mail is our preferred method of contact.  Simply send us an e-mail by clicking on the CONTACT US button at the top of the page.  Be sure to include your name, the name of the item(s) ordered, the billing and shipping address, phone number and your method of payment.  We are always available to take your order.

Sharing and Usage

We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.

Do you have a store front?

Unfortunately, at this time we are only available online.  However, we often make arrangements with local customers to allow them to come and personally browse through all of the albums that we offer. If you are in Lubbock or a surrounding area, please let us know and we will make all albums available for you to view. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

What is a "proof" and why would I want one?

A proof is a trial version of your product so you can look at it and make sure that it's exactly the way you want it.

In my opinion, it's always a good idea to spend a little extra money on a proof.  Make sure that there are no mistakes and that the text, font and colors are exactly right so you are completely satisfied.

How long will it take to get my order?

Most orders ship within 48 hours of placing the order. If shipped UPS Ground, your order should arrive within 5-7 business days. This excludes orders placed during the Christmas season, Mayfly and Junebug plate orders and PSA Essentials stamps & embossers. Orders placed during the holiday season may take longer and you will be notified. Plate orders usually take around 3 weeks for delivery and stamps & embossers usually take up to 10 business days.

What is your shipping policy?

All items are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. 

The costs are as follows:

  • $0-$50 is $8.00
  • $51-$75 is $10.oo
  • $76-$100 is $11.00
  • Anything over $101 is $12.00

 *Our suppliers charge an additional $2.00-$5.00 to Drop Ship (deliver directly to the customer), so  $2.00 has already been added into the total amount of the shipping cost.*

Can I add a return address to my envelopes?

Some companies do offer this as an option for an additional charge. If you are interested in adding your return address to the envelopes and it wasn't specified in the product details, please email us at info@thepaperdollstationery.com to see if the product you are interested in offers this option.

How do I send a picture  if I ordered  a photo card?

Please send your photo to info@thepaperdollstationery.com referencing your name and the product you ordered.
